Area of Operation:
Smooth, flat surfaces (such as residential streets or parking lots) are ideal for trackless trains. NO HILLS or INCLINES for safety reasons as well as mechanical limitations of our equipment. For safety, residential streets must be quiet. Our train moves slowly, so no busy traffic.
We generally do not operate in rain. Light rain may be okay. We do not operate in a lightning storm. In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule your event. Reschedule must be agreed upon by both parties and done within 30 days of the original event. Deposits are non-refundable in regard to weather conditions.
Who can ride:
Both children and adults enjoy our trains!
Small children may require accompaniment by an adult for comfort and safety reasons. According to the State License passengers who are pregnant or have back issues, may not ride. The engineer will make the final decision on how the weight capacity of each car is distributed.
Our professional staff is committed to your safety. Unsafe behavior will require us to stop the train ride, and all unruly passengers will be asked to de-train.
Deposit and Payment:
In order to secure your event date, we require a $100 deposit for birthdays and up to half of the amount for other events, payable by cash, check, money order or VENMO. The remaining balance is due the day of the event, before the train is unloaded. No exceptions.
We will accept cancellations at least 14 calendar days prior to your booked event. If you cancel within 14 days of your event, your deposit will be forfeited.
Insurance and Licensing:
We carry a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy. We are fully inspected and licensed by the state of Texas as a "Class B" amusement ride.
Some cities require a permit for us to operate on public streets or in public parks. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain any necessary permits required by your city’s Parks and Recreation Department.
Loading & Unloading:
We require a total of 3 car lengths in order to load and unload our train safely.
